At Jackson Spring Mfg. Co. Inc., we are known as a versatile manufacturer of premium quality compression springs. Our springs are manufactured in a range of configurations to customer specifications from SAE and ASTM grade steel, stainless steel, and copper alloy wire between 0.010” and 0.472” in diameter. We produce left or right helix springs up to 6” in diameter using CNC coiling equipment for consistent, efficient, production of a range of production volumes. Springs are available in open or closed ends which can be ground as requested and may be treated with zinc, black oxide, colored coatings, or cleaned and oiled.

We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and have the capability to meet stringent quality standards and hold precision tolerances as needed. Optical comparators and various load testing equipment are used to verify conformance to customer specifications. We offer JIT deliveries and expedited service on request to ensure that customers always have the parts they need. Specific lead times are quoted on a job by job basis, but typically average 3 to 4 weeks.
